I’ve made booking stress-free with all-inclusive packages that include everything you need - color, cut, and custom conditioning treatment - plus extra time so I can really get to know you (and your hair).

Once you make your choice click the Book button, fill out a short form to create an account and secure your spot.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. If I have any questions once I see your form I will reach out via text.

Keep an eye out for your Welcome Email 72 hours before your appointment. It has contact info and directions!

What To Expect
What happens aft er you book...

Right away: You’ll get an email confirmation from my system (Vagaro).

Within 24 hours: I read your form & any notes you left so I can start prepping for your visit.

Next, I’ll text you: So you’ve got a direct line to me if questions pop up.

72 hours before: Watch your inbox (and spam, just in case) for a welcome email with directions and helpful info.

Day before: Fox Valley = Construction Central so if anything’s happening near the salon, I’ll text you a heads up so you’re not surprised.

Morning of your appointment: I review your notes, your form, and our texts to make sure I’m fully dialed in for you.

The Past
First, I need the scoop on your hair history. Where has your hair been? What color or chemicals have touched it (rule of thumb: one year of history for every 6 inches of length)? When was your last cut? What problems have you been battling? The past matters so we don’t skip it.
The Future
This is where your inspo pics come in. What color do you want? What kind of cut makes you feel amazing? How much maintenance are you cool with? What are your styling expectations (aka how much time you really want to spend on your hair each day)?
The Present
Once I know your past and your future, we’ll make a plan for today. Most of the time, I can get you to your dream hair in one visit. But if it’s a bigger journey, I’ll map out the steps to get us there safely.
Double-Check
I’ll recap what you want to make sure we’re on the exact same page before we start! Actually, probably more than once during your visit (because clarity = great results).
